Whether it’s advocating in the Supreme Court or helping a client through the complexities of estate planning, Joshua is known for his thoroughness and his ability to secure favourable outcomes in a pinch.
Joshua has paved the path as a leader in his field; he was the instructing solicitor in a groundbreaking case that set the first precedent for admitting a Video Will to Probate in Queensland—an impressive feather in his cap.
Before joining us, Joshua honed his skills across various courts and tribunals and served as an Associate to Judge Morzone KC in 2017. His eight years as a solicitor in Cairns make him a sought-after name in corporate and commercial disputes and estate planning.
