Joshua has paved the path as a leader in his field; he was the instructing solicitor in a groundbreaking case that set the first precedent for admitting a Video Will to Probate in Queensland—an impressive feather in his cap.

Before joining us, Joshua honed his skills across various courts and tribunals and served as an Associate to Judge Morzone KC in 2017. His eight years as a solicitor in Cairns make him a sought-after name in corporate and commercial disputes and estate planning.

Away from the gavels and notepads, Joshua is all about family time with his wife, Mikayla, and son, Emmett. He’s also a beach volleyball enthusiast and a budding chef, always ready to whip up something delicious and exotic in the kitchen.
