Emily Poole

Reception & Legal Support

Emily Poole is the welcoming first point of contact at Harding Property Law, greeting clients at reception and managing the firm’s main phone lines with professionalism and warmth. Her friendly manner and organised approach ensure clients are directed efficiently and feel supported from their very first interaction with the firm.

Currently studying Law at James Cook University, Emily is expected to complete her degree within the next one to two years. She has developed a strong and growing interest in Property Law, which is reflected in her hands-on involvement across the firm’s legal and conveyancing work.

Emily plays an important role in the day-to-day operation of the practice, assisting with matter opening, preparation of seller disclosure documents, contracts, and client materials for meetings. She also provides key support in the firm’s notary practice, having developed a solid understanding of notarial processes. This enables her to confidently assist clients enquiring about notary services and to prepare a range of notarial documentation, including notarial certificates and Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) forms.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn, Emily is a valued member of the Harding Property Law team. Her combination of approachability, growing technical knowledge, and strong organisational skills makes her an essential support to both clients and practitioners alike.
